Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Berbasis Web Dalam Memasarkan Mobil Bekas

Abstract


Seiring jumlah pesaing yang semakin bertambah, keterbatasan tempat showroom, alternatif pilihan yang terbatas, pemasaran yang masih mengandalkan lokasi strategis dan mitra kerja terbatas dengan tambahan biaya ekstra, promosi cenderung kurang efektif dan jangkauannya masih terbatas pada lokasi tertentu. Tujuan penelitian menghasilkan sistem penjualan mobil bekas berbasis web agar tidak lagi bergantung kepada lokasi dan mudah memperluas pangsa pasar. Perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan ICDM (Internet Commerce Development Methodology). Pendekatan ICDM menggabungkan struktur manajemen, prosedur keterlibatan pelanggan dan memberikan pedoman pada pengembangan budaya organisasi yang kondusif. Hasil pengujian dengan metode black box memperlihatkan sistem sudah memenuhi keperluan fungsional untuk semua fitur-fitur perangkat lunak. Memiliki proses validasi pemasukan dan pemrosesan data dalam menghasilkan informasi. Sistem penjualan berbasis web memberikan peluang baru, dapat menampung jumlah mobil yang lebih banyak, transaksi secara digital, kemudahan masyarakat menjual mobil cukup hanya mengupload foto dan spesifikasi mobil pada halaman web perusahaan tanpa harus meletakkan mobil
mereka dalam showroom mobil tersebut.

As the number of competitors grows rapidly, the limitation of showrooms, alternative options, marketing that still relies on strategic locations and partners with an additional costs, ineffective promotion, and coverage at certain location. This research produces is web-based systems on second car sales to keep away from locations and become easy to expand the market share. The system design uses ICDM approach (Internet Commerce Development Methodology). ICDM different approach in providing a framework for developing e-business strategy, combining the management structure, procedures, customer engagement and provide guidance on the development of organizational culture conducive. The result of testing used black box method to shows that the system can be fulfill functional needs for all features of software. Having a validation process of data entry and processing to produce information. The web-based selling system could provide new opportunities, accommodation of more cars without the problem of about showroom building width, digital transactions, easiness for the people who want to sell their cars, they can just upload photos and specification of the cars on the web pages.
